Overview: <p>Compass Health is seeking a <strong>Program Supervisor</strong> to oversee our <strong>Children&rsquo;s Intensive Services (WISe)</strong> teams serving Snohomish County. This role offers a unique opportunity to guide a dedicated, multidisciplinary team delivering wraparound behavioral health services to youth and their families in their homes, schools, and communities. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide clinical and administrative supervision to WISe program staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation.</li> <li>Ensure program services are delivered in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with community agencies, providers, and natural supports to build strong interagency relationships and service coordination.</li> <li>Oversee documentation, billing, and data management to meet quality and compliance expectations.</li> <li>Participate in rotation for after-hours crisis consultation and staff support, including weekends and holidays.</li> <li>May maintain a small clinical caseload to remain closely connected to service delivery.</li> <li>Serve as operational backup to the Program Manager as needed.</li> </ul> <br />
Requirements: <ul> <li>MA/MS/MSW degree in a Behavioral Science-related field.</li> <li>Active Washington State licensure in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage &amp; Family Therapy.</li> <li>Mental Health Professional (MHP) designation per WAC.</li> <li>Washington State Approved Supervisor Training (or willingness to complete before supervising).</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of direct clinical service with youth, families, and children.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in treatment planning, individual and group therapy, crisis stabilization, and case management.</li> <li>Valid WA State Driver&rsquo;s License, vehicle, and insurance.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>What Sets You Apart</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong administrative and leadership skills with experience supervising clinical staff.</li> <li>Deep understanding of complex family systems, child/adolescent mental health, and evidence-based practices.</li> <li>Ability to respond with composure and clarity to crises, staffing challenges, and competing priorities.</li> <li>Collaborative mindset and a passion for supporting underserved communities.</li> <li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About Compass Health</strong></p> <p>Compass Health is the largest private, non-profit provider of behavioral health services in Northwest Washington.
