Overview: <p>Compass Health is looking for a Mental Health Therapist who is interested in providing excellent clinical care for clients ages 18 and up.</p> <p>The Everett Adult Outpatient team is a supportive and inclusive group that works together to provide wellness, hope and recovery to our community while also having fun as a team. We are looking for someone to join our team that shares our passion and mission for the community. We are passionate about serving adults in Snohomish County with dignity and respect. We pride ourselves on providing quality care for this population while also caring for each other. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The Mental Health Therapist provides a range of clinically indicated services including but not limited to individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and case management services for adults with behavioral health conditions.</li> <li>This position is responsible for assessing client functioning and needs while partnering with the client to develop an individually tailored care plan designed to promote recovery.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>MA, MS, MSW Degree in a Behavioral Science related field.</li> <li>Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC, preferred.</li> <li>Individuals who do not already hold a license or associate license through the Washington State Department of Health must submit Agency Affiliated Counselor application upon hire and be approved by the DOH.</li> <li>Passionate about working with individuals with complex needs and multi-system involvement.</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Evidence-Based Practices, or interest and ability to learn.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.</li> <li>Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Who we are</strong></p> <p>Compass Health is Northwest Washington&rsquo;s largest private, non-profit behavioral health organization, proudly serving Island, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, and Whatcom counties for over 110 years.
