Overview: The Sales Operations Support Representative supports the SLED sales organization, taking daily direction from the SLED Sales Director. Representatives may be assigned to all the SLED sites, a specific SLED Site, or specific sales teams. Primary responsibility will be to support all levels of account managers and provide a day to day resource in troubleshooting and keying more complex sales orders such as CTO's.&nbsp;

Requirements: Associate's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience, along with a minimum of 3 years work experience.<br /> <br /><strong>Required competencies:</strong> <br /> <ul> <li>General knowledge of Excel</li> <li>Solid understanding or ability to learn JDE E1 system</li> <li>Solid understanding or ability to learn Callback CRM</li> <li>Solid understanding or ability to learn Public Sector Group (PSG) B2B site</li> <li>Solid understanding or ability to learn PSN</li> <li>Understanding or ability to learn public sector customers and how they are structured in terms of purchasing</li> <li>Knowledge of PSG contracts, pricing and related quoting or similar contracts knowledge</li> <li>Interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers</li> </ul>
