Overview: <br />The Sr Federal Sales Manager is responsible for managing, training, and coaching a team of Sales Account Managers.
Responsibilities: <br />The Manager is responsible for the operational management of their Federal Sales team as a whole. The Sr Federal Sales Manager could be asked to onboard and manage new Sales Account Managers to the team. The Sr Federal Sales Manager will assist in the sales training of Sales Support Associates (SSAs) to advance their career to become Sales Account Managers. The Sr Federal Sales Manager frequently collaborates with other internal departments within the company. They will also work with many of our manufacturer partners<strong>.</strong>
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience and a minimum of 7 or more years career experience.</li> <li>Previous experience or exposure to Federal Sales in the technology field</li> <li>Understanding of federal contracts</li> <li>Previous experience managing entry-level account managers</li> <li>Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of products</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Exhibits strong problem-solving skills</li> <li>Excellent time management skills</li> <li>Proven abilities to learn various technologies and applications, individual will learn sales team applications including E1, PSN, and in-house CRM&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li>Previous experience or exposure to Federal Sales in the technology field</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div>
