Overview: The Senior Financial Analyst operates independently with the primary focus as a Finance business partner to assigned Connection groups or divisions. The Sr Financial Analyst develops and maintains financial metrics and P&amp;Ls for the groups while providing financial analytical support to assist the achievement of financial and operational goals.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The Sr Analyst may support multiple Vice Presidents<br />or Sr Vice Presidents.</li> <li>Where applicable, this position assures departmental processes are performed in compliance with applicable Sarbanes-Oxley controls.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Strong analytical skills</li> <li>Articulate with the ability to present professionally in both written and oral communications</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel</li> <li>Detail-oriented with item by item focus, meticulous attention to detail</li> <li>Judgment with the ability to formulate opinions, compare and decide with good sense.</li> <li>Enjoy working in a cross-functional setting</li> <li>Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization</li> <li>Travel within the US will be required primarily to Wilmington, Ohio, and Schaumburg, IL on a monthly basis for several days at a time, approximately 10-20% of the time.</li> <li>MBA is preferred, with at least 3 years of financial analysis experience</li> </ul>
