Overview: <p>We're looking for a dynamic talent acquisition leader to join our team! The Director of Talent Acquisition designs recruiting strategy focuses on continuous improvement of our tools &amp; processes, builds partnerships, programs, &amp; internships with colleges &amp; universities, curates ways to continue to elevate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), manages a team of talented recruiters, and delivers the best onboarding experience possible. This role reports directly to the SVP of Human Resources.</p> <p>We are looking for a passionate individual who is energized by identifying and implementing best practices around selection and hiring while ensuring Connection is delivering the best candidate experience imaginable!</p> <p>This individual is someone who enjoys a highly collaborative environment where the recruiting team works hand in hand with the team of HR Business Partners. This person not only finds creative ways to attract talent but also ensures each interviewer at Connection is fully prepared to facilitate an interview experience that is engaging to the candidate and is effective in identifying the right talent for the role. Once the right candidate is identified, this role ensures that each new hire has a consistent, positive, and engaging onboarding experience.<br /><br />The ideal candidate for this opportunity is passionate about creating, teaching, and fostering diversity and inclusion best practices in all aspects of selection, assessment, and hiring including the management of related metrics.</p>

Requirements: <ul> <li>5+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition leadership role leading, developing, &amp; elevating a team</li> <li>Experience with college/university engagement programs and internships</li> <li></li> <li>Experience with recruiting a wide variety of roles (experience with highly technical roles and inside sales roles preferred)</li> <li>Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills</li> <li>HRCI or SHRM certification preferred and/or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, preferred</li> </ul>
