Overview: <br /> <p class="xmsonormal">Connection is seeking a Cisco Cloud Specialist to work remotely to drive demand and pipeline for Cisco Cloud infrastructure and software solutions through application-centric customer and Sales engagement. Specific knowledge on computing platforms application analytics and insights, and hybrid cloud technologies are also required. You will develop well-organized ideas, plans, and business examples; clearly explain relevant facts; distinguish Cisco's own offerings from competitors'; and present a well-prepared, business solution. You'll develop and drive strategic sales activity and thought leadership around data center solutions by also collaborating through cross-functional teams.</p> <p class="xmsonormal">You are able to explain technical concepts, give clients guidance and vision about the solution. You have a thorough understanding of the technical fundamentals of aligned technology/specialization areas, including features and use cases. You can connect technology solutions to business outcomes. You articulate the technical features into business impact, you can easily talk about technology to non-technical people. You are also an active listener.</p> <p class="xmsonormal">Suggested product knowledge: CCNA / CCNP / CCDP/ CCIE, UCS / Hyperflex, Intersight.</p>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li class="xmsonormal">Increase rapid acceptance of converged, hyperconverged, and cloud computing technologies</li> <li class="xmsonormal">Clarify customers' mission-critical application needs and partner with appropriate ISVs</li> <li class="xmsonormal">Define and articulate a hybrid cloud journey for your customers</li> <li class="xmsonormal">Other expectations include supporting and training account teams in effectively packaging, pricing, and presenting cloud solutions to customers, including return on investment and value proposition; assisting in developing customer proposals; taking active roles in exploring partnership solutions; demonstrating ability to interact with senior-level management CXO levels.</li> </ul>
