Overview: Working under minimal supervision of the Senior Director of GlobalServe Solutions, referring only exceptional problems and issues for management review or approval, the Senior Client Manager forges relationships with large, $10 million-plus global spend clients and serves as the trusted global strategic advisor on the account. The Senior Client Manager identifies global spending and process trends in order to improve customer's IT procurement strategy. The Senior Client Manager conducts a business needs analysis to understand the customer's supply chain setup in order to provide a solution to the customer by using our OneSource Program. Based on customer needs and strategic objectives, the Senior Client Manager recommends products and services to the customer. The Senior Client Manager mentors and delegates responsibilities to more junior Client Managers, as appropriate.

Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience</li> <li>Seven plus years of experience in sales or customer service</li> <li>Advanced experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)</li> <li>General understanding of SAAS proprietary software</li> <li>Understanding of the global economy</li> <li>Strong ability to conduct pricing exercises to identify cost savings</li> <li>Adept at proactively finding business opportunities within the existing customer base</li> <li>Customer-oriented with the ability to listen to and anticipate the needs of the customer</li> <li>Strong trend analysis skills with proven ability to develop short and long term business plans</li> <li>Strong understanding of and working knowledge of the value-added technology industry</li> <li>Working knowledge of sales strategies including upselling with proven success in a goal-driven environment</li> <li>Working knowledge IT procurement</li> <li>Adaptable with the ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities</li> </ul>
