We are looking for someone who is excited about partnering with business leaders and using their talent management expertise to help us grow our business! The HR Business Partner provides strategic and operational human resources coaching, development, and support to their assigned business areas by holding the important role as the single point of contact for those respective leaders.</p> <p>We are looking for a passionate individual who is energized by identifying and implementing best practices in all components of talent management. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The HR Business Partner covers a broad spectrum of human resources responsibilities including investigations, succession planning, performance management processes, workforce planning, employee relations, employee engagement programs, policies/processes execution, change management, and all other facets of talent management.</li> <li>The HR Business Partner understands the business beyond the HR function and influences the overall organization to ensure excellent business outcomes.</li> </ul>
