Overview: <p>We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to help us enhance our HR service delivery model as this is a newly created role in the department. This person is someone who can make an immediate impact to the organization and learn from some fantastic HR professionals!</p> <p>The HR Generalist will support the HR Business Partners in all facets of the HR lifecycle from recruitment, performance management, learning &amp; development, employee engagement, career management, culture, policies &amp; procedures, compliance, and more.</p>
Responsibilities: <p>The HR Generalist will assist the HR Business Partners with a variety of responsibilities including:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with the Talent Acquisition team in the hiring process including creation and management of job descriptions</li> <li>Partner with HR Business Partners on larger projects and org changes</li> <li>Provide day-to-day guidance and counsel on the interpretation of our policies, procedures, and programs</li> <li>Identify and recommend continuous improvements to HR programs and processes to drive efficiencies and enhance the employee experience</li> <li>Conduct exit interviews and support administration of employee off-boarding</li> <li>Provide support with performance management processes and employee relations/investigations</li> <li>Assist in the creation and implementation of programs to drive employee engagement</li> <li>Assist with the management of the Contingent Worker process</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related discipline preferred</li> <li>PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred</li> <li>3+ years of human resources experience</li> <li>Positive communication skills with the professional savvy of communicating across all levels</li> <li>Must be approachable and able to earn trust and credibility across the organization</li> <li>Highly resourceful with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail</li> <li>Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities</li> <li>Must have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)</li> </ul>
