Responsibilities: <br /><br />The Director develops, executes, and manages strategies and campaigns that build brand awareness and equity, and drive revenue for Connection. This leader conceptualizes, plans, and implements proven brand, communication, digital and content marketing practices and seeks ways to innovate with new ideas. The Director establishes rapport, credibility, and respect with team members, peers, and leadership across the organization and partners.
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree (in Marketing, Communications, Business or related major) or the equivalent combination of education and work experience, along with a minimum of 10 years career experience.</li> <li>Team development, coaching, motivation, and leadership skills.</li> <li>Solid critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to translate market and customer information into strategies and campaigns.</li> <li>Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a track record of successfully influencing stakeholders</li> <li>Extensive brand and campaign management experience, driving initiatives from conception to completion.</li> <li>Business experience with ability to work cross-functionally and across all levels of an organization.</li> <li>Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.</li> <li>Self-motivated with ability to work well independently and contribute in a team environment</li> <li>Experience with marketing technology (e.g., marketing automation, customer relationship management, social media and content management platforms).</li> <li>Understanding of the technology market.</li> </ul>
