Overview: <br />Outstanding opportunity with one of our larger clients for a Help Desk Technician role. The role will be on-site in a beautiful work building with a full cafeteria, a great team, and an opportunity for advancement. This is a full-time opportunity with excellent benefits including but limited to medical, dental, vision, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and 3 weeks of PTO.
Responsibilities: <br />The Desktop Support Technician will be able to follow procedures to complete basic hardware installation, moves ads and changes, and provide basic troubleshooting or repair functions. In some cases, the role will require escalation to a Desktop Support Technician II.
Requirements: <ul> <li>At least one (1) year of experience performing basic install, move, add and change, and basic desktop support tasks with respect to similar hardware and software as defined within this SOW.</li> <li>At least one (1) year of experience working on a project team providing IMAC and basic desktop support services.</li> <li>Has A+ certification or will work through Connection to obtain one within the first 90 days.</li> <li>Familiarity with basic PC, printer, and peripheral setup.</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong follow-up skills and a customer-focused mindset.</li> <li>Ability to follow multi-step technical instructions independently.</li> </ul>
