Overview: <br />Assist a Presidential Account Manager in the day-to-day fulfillment of orders and resolving customer service issues on assigned accounts.
Responsibilities: <br />Provide a support resource for the day-to-day transactions to allow the&nbsp;Presidential Account Manager time and opportunity to network through their existing accounts to expand their book of business. Minimize problem order situations by proactively following up on order processing and customer service issues for resolution.
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>Demonstrate an ability to multi-task and organize workflow concerning priority shipments, exchanges, credits, and customer property orders that are generated.</li> <li>Ability to be flexible, multi-task, and be able to remain 'in control' during stressful situations.</li> <li>Ability to make decisions in the absence of the Presidential Account Manager and assess priorities on an ongoing basis.</li> </ul>
