Overview: <br />Initial hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm, with overtime as needed. Once trained, the hours would change to 10am to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <br /> <div>Working under supervision of the Supervisor, Customer Experience, referring escalated problems and issues for management review or approval, the Sales Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the introduction, planning, and processing of large or strategic customer orders from external sales teams through the TIDC (Technology Integration and Distribution Center), including communication with Sales, Services, Purchasing, and all associated TIDC departments to ensure resources are aligned, efficient production schedules are kept, delivery schedules are met, and customer satisfaction is maintained.</div> <p>The Sales Project Coordinator is also responsible to understand the responsibilities of other individuals/departments within the TIDC (Technology Integration and Distribution Center), establishing effective coordination between them, and making sure each is informed about the continuing needs of the sales team, sales orders, and customer SLAs. Sales Project Coordinators assist members of the TIDC Project Management Office (PMO) in executing production-related activities based on customer needs.</p>
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>This position requires strong communication skills to obtain agreements from sales and production resources to ensure customer needs are met. The rapid growth business environment and constrained resources will require strong skills by the position holder to ensure sales has appropriate information from which they can manage customer expectations.</li> <li>Experience working with system applications (JDE, Windows, File Maker, Microsoft Excel, Barcode generating software, Microsoft Word).</li> <li>Working knowledge of industry transportation and distribution center operating procedures.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure created by handling multiple projects under a variety of deadlines while maintaining professional composure.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to work in a team environment with a wide variety of individuals in sales, production, and support positions as well as direct contact with customers.</li> <li>Able to consistently present PC Connection in a positive professional manner to our customers.</li> <li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.</li> </ul>
