Overview: Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Microsoft Center of Excellence, utilizing independent judgment and discretion, the Cloud Managed Services Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for growing Cloud managed services in their assigned territory. This is a hunter role focused on adding new cloud managed services customers by working directly with prospects, and in partnership with Sales and other support roles.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The BDM works daily to prospect, qualify new opportunities and close business that will achieve key performance metrics, and sales and profit targets.</li> <li>Through experience, the Cloud Managed Services BDM will articulate the value of hyperscale cloud managed services to become a trusted partner and extension of our customer's IT teams.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience</li> <li>6+ years of relevant experience</li> <li>Achieve Microsoft Azure Essentials (AZ-900) Certification within six months of role start date</li> </ul>
