Overview: <div>Working for the VP, Microsoft COE, the Sr. Manager, Microsoft Customer Success is responsible for leading our customer and sales facing solutions teams in the Microsoft COE to deliver profitable Microsoft business results across all Connection divisions. The Sr. Manager ensures customer success by developing consumption plans to drive the adoption and consumption of customers' Microsoft products.&nbsp;The Sr. Manager aligns tactical plans to support performance benchmarks established by Connection leadership and Microsoft.&nbsp;The Microsoft business growth objectives are focused on Cloud Consumption (O365 and Azure solutions) and profitability. The Sr. Manager sets&nbsp;Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer success with supporting plans and measurement criteria.&nbsp;The Sr. Manager partners with Sales, Technology Solutions Organization, Product Management, Microsoft Services (Professional &amp; Managed), and other COE leadership in delivering business results.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Where applicable, this position assures departmental processes are performed in compliance with applicable Sarbanes-Oxley controls.</div>

Requirements: <ul> <li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include creating presentations in PowerPoint, creating documents in Word, creating and updating pivot tables, charts, and spreadsheets in Excel, utilizing Teams for meetings, and Outlook.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft solutions and business drivers from working with Microsoft customers</li> <li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead a decentralized team, to bring resources together, and to motivate the team</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft's lifecycle and renewals process for Enterprise Agreements, MPSA (Microsoft Products and Services Agreement) and Cloud Subscription Agreements with the ability to identify, drive, and oversee all aspects of a Microsoft deal from conception to closure.</li> <li>Strong trend and business analysis skills with proven ability to develop short and long term business plans</li> </ul>
