Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Making outbound calls to 'onboard' new customers into Connection's Small Business Program, including set-up on the Small Business Web Center and Net terms accounts.</li> <li>Prospect new Small Business opportunities from pool of targeted leads provided.</li> <li>Handle incoming calls from targed Small Business Customers.</li> <li>Respond to 'QuickQuotes' and information requests from customers through the Web Center, or directly.</li> <li>Ensure account retention and growth by communicating with 'OnBoarded' customers to sell additional products, services or new programs as a means of penetrating and developing long term account relationships.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers</li> <li>Ability to articulate ideas in a clear, concise manner</li> <li>Excellent negotiation skills</li> <li>Ability to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing recommendations</li> <li>Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and work in a multi-windows environment</li> <li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Requires self-motivation and desire to succeed</li> <li>High school diploma, college preferrable</li> <li>Experience using computers in the workplace</li> <li>Passion for sales</li> </ul>
