Responsibilities: <p>Responsibilities of the Sales Support Representative are including, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Assisting Executive, Senior Executive and Presidential Account Managers in the day to day fulfillment of orders and resolving customer service issues on assigned accounts.</li> <li>Providing support resource for the day to day transactions to allow the Account Manager time and opportunity to network through their existing accounts to expand the business.</li> <li>Minimizing problem order situations by proactively following up on order processing and customer service issues for resolution.</li> </ul>
