Overview: To assist a Sr. Executive Account Manager in the day to day fulfillment of orders and resolving customer service issues on assigned accounts.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: Provide a support resource for the day to day transactions to allow the Presidential Account Manager time and opportunity to network through their existing accounts to expand their book of business. Minimize problem order situations by proactively following up on order processing and customer service issues for resolution.
Requirements: <ul> <li>Fluency in Word and Excel.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to be flexible, multi-task and be able to remain 'in control' during stressful situations.</li> <li>Ability to make decisions in the absence of the Account Manager and assess priorities on an ongoing basis.</li> <li>Ability to respond effectively to incoming calls.</li> <li>Strong telephone skills.</li> <li>Self-motivated and strong desire to succeed.</li> <li>Positive attitude, high energy and ability to multi-task.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Associates Degree preferred or equivalent sales/working experience.</li> <li>Previous sales/customer service experience.</li> <li>Experience in the computer industry.</li> <li>High customer service orientation, good follow up and organization skills.</li> </ul>
