Overview: We are looking for a pre-sale technical professional with experience selling, designing and&nbsp;recommending IT datacenter solutions to clients.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: This person is a&nbsp; high energy professional and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment. The Inside Solution Architect will work directly with the account executives to effectively penetrate and drive solutions within targeted accounts.
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must have minimum 6 or more years of experience in a technical sales role or in a pre-sales support role recommending IT product solutions to clients, preferably selling or recommending datacenter solutions</li> <li>Excellent understanding of datacenter concepts and their relevant applications</li> <li>Current pre-sale IT certifications focused on datacenter technologies (e.g. hyper-converged, virtualization, hybrid-IT) is highly desired</li> <li>Account planning skills with experience in up-sell and cross-sell strategies</li> <li>Ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the value proposition to the customer</li> <li>Adept at providing technical solutions based on customer needs</li> <li>Proven experience managing projects and delivering expectations, both internally and with clients</li> <li>Proven success working collaboratively with internal colleagues to deliver customer outcomes</li> <li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and negotiation skills</li> <li>Self-motivated, results-driven and excellent time management skills</li> <li>Solid understanding of technologies, partners and solutions in the IT datacenter environment</li> <li>Work experience at a technology manufacturer/vendor is a plus</li> <li>Higher education such as a Master's degree is a plus</li> <li>Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Cisco WebEx and relevant internal business systems</li> <li>Up to 10% travel nationally</li> </ul>
