Overview: <p>Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our technical staffing division in Redford, MI. We are looking for a PC Technician. Responsibilities: <p>&middot; Assist team with PC refreshes including imaging, installations, and configurations</p> <p>&middot; Fix printer, laptop, and workstation issues.</p> <p>&middot; Troubleshoot end-user issues courteously and patiently in person and over the phone.</p> <p>&middot; Provide upbeat customer service to all end-users.</p>
Requirements: <ul> <li>3 years of experience preferable.</li> <li>Active Directory knowledge</li> <li>Excellent customer service / end user skills.</li> <li>Experience fixing peripherals.</li> <li>Windows O/S and Microsoft Office knowledge.</li> </ul>
