Overview: Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our technical staffing division in Baltimore, MD. We are looking for a&nbsp;<strong>Deployment Technician</strong>&nbsp;who has solid foundation IT knowledge and skill. This is a full time contract that will last until December of 2020 with opportunities for overtime in a leading healthcare organization. Completion bonus available. <p><strong>Shift:&nbsp;</strong>M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm with opportunities for occasional OT</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for unboxing, setting up and putting back in the box (lifting up to 50 lbs max)</li> <li>Basic setup of computers and other IT equipment after machines have been imaged.</li> <li>Perform basic setup work with end users and help out with any questions users might have on new system.</li> <li>Loading and unloading equipment deliveries -- confirming equipment has been delivered successfully and keeping track in a spreadsheet.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Experience troubleshooting on Windows 10 / Office 2013/16 preferred.</li> <li>Exemplary communication skills.</li> <li>Previous Windows 10 Troubleshooting experience.</li> <li>Previous experience on a WIN 10 deployment preferred.</li> <li>Strong customer service skills.</li> </ul>
