Overview: Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our technical staffing division in Schaumburg, IL. We are looking for a Program Manager. This is a direct hire permanent opportunity with benefits.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The Program Manager will be responsible for the execution of customer engagement deliverables covering multiple locations</li> <li>This includes, but is not limited to; monitoring and measuring workloads, daily task assignments, incident and problem resolution, continuous / process improvement activities, financial analysis, reporting, customer relationship activities as well as vendor/partner management, travel to existing as well as proposed sites</li> <li>Resource Scheduling</li> <li>Analyze data to identify trends, areas of improvement.</li> <li>Generate / Collect performance/productivity data.</li> <li>Monitor Vendor/Partner activity.</li> <li>Customer / Internal Meeting(s) to review performance data</li> <li>Review S.O.P. Library to ensure it is current</li> <li>Must be willing to travel.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience</li> <li>Includes a minimum of 3 year(s) of work experience in progressively responsible roles in service delivery / program management</li> <li>Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills with ability to create complex spreadsheets using formulas, including v-lookup, and pivot tables, charts &amp; graphs</li> <li>Basic computer knowledge with ability to operate keyboard for data entry.</li> <li>Experience working with ServiceNow</li> <li>Leadership skills with ability to manage and develop a team</li> <li>Strong trend analysis skills with proven ability to develop short- and long-term plans</li> <li>Working knowledge of requirements gathering, building project schedules, and creating project budgets</li> <li>Strong customer relationship skills.</li> </ul>
