Overview: <div id="field2_left" class=""> <div class="content" data-ng-bind-html="field.content | trustAsHtml"> <div>The Sr. FSA develops and works on problems/projects of deep, diverse complexity and scope, exercising independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a technology solution. The Sr. FSA acts as a project team leader providing direction, facilitating information, and validating decision processes.&nbsp;</div> </div> </div> <div id="field3_left" class="">&nbsp;</div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The Sr. FSA requires an acute understanding of both the technology and business objectives of the account to enable the delivery of solutions that will in-turn contribute to the success of existing accounts and the acceleration of new customer volume.</li> <li>The Sr. FSA speaks from experience and offers insight on successes and failures relative to the customer's industry and/or objectives, and provide solutions based on the TSG solution portfolio.</li> <li>The Sr. FSA demonstrates strong competencies in multiple technology areas including; Compute, Storage, Networking, and Virtualization technology concepts and how they relate to the next generation of Data Center solutions and Cloud offerings.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relate field preferred</li> <li>Professional or technical sales certifications are required in 2 or ore of the following technologies/vendors: HP, Cisco, EMC, Dell, Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, IBM, Converged and/or Hyper converged platforms.</li> <li>Minimum of 10 years&nbsp;experience in solution architecting with well-rounded skills around the datacenter with a major focus on Microsoft technologies.</li> <li>Demonstrates an understanding of Converged Infrastructure concepts and the benefits that Cloud solutions provide.</li> <li>Must have an MCSA certificate or acquire one after being hired.</li> <li>Must have one of the following certifications:&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul> <li>VCAP- DCV</li> <li>VCAP-DTM</li> <li>VCAP-NV</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Advanced working knowledge and/or familiarity with the following technologies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>HP, Dell, Lenovo, and Cisco Blade and Rack Servers systems and related storage products</li> <li>Enterprise Storage Arrays -- HP, EMC, IBM, Dell, NetApp</li> <li>Hyper-Converged platforms</li> <li>Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC)</li> <li>Cloud Solution Offerings and providers</li> <li>VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft products</li> <li>Microsoft Enterprise environment</li> <li>Linux, UNIX or AIX Enterprise environment</li> <li>Data Center consolidation and Cloud solutions</li> <li>Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity</li> <li>Verifiably successful professional Business-to-Business solutions selling experience.</li> <li>Excellent time management, communication, presentation, prioritization and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Account planning skills with experience in up-sell and cross-sell strategies.</li> <li>Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the value proposition.</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office 365; planning, deployment, email migration, mobile &amp; web-based application considerations and planning, security configuration, and on-premise based integration.</li> </ul>
