This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Reporting to our VP of Talent &amp; HR, the HR Generalist is responsible for the day to day HR activities for both our on-site and off-site employees and staff.</li> <li>This key role will be a partner and resource to our management/leadership team and employees alike.</li> <li>Build strong relationships, provides quality HR services, follow up and information, assists with creating a strong onboarding experience, provides employee relations functions, payroll assistance, and more.</li> <li>Will also work closely with the HR team in our corporate office in New Hampshire, NH.</li> <li>Great opportunity for someone with 3 years of HR experience who wants to continue to grow and expand!</li> </ul>
Requirements: The successful HR Generalist candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. He/ She will be a highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. <br /> <ul> <li>3+ years of previous HR experience</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness</li> <li>Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed</li> <li>Good understanding US Employment law, etc...</li> <li>Efficient HR administration and project management skills</li> <li>Excellent record keeping skills, written, verbal communication skills</li> <li>Work comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines</li> <li>Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a high regard to ethics/confidentiality, etc..</li> </ul>
