Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks, and other devices, in accordance with department standards.</li> <li>Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems, and peripherals with routine maintenance.</li> <li>Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines.</li> <li>Maintain client databases with up to date solutions and a clear record of activities.</li> <li>Provide an excellent level of customer service.</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -35px; top: 25.3608px;">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <ul> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in desktop support.</li> <li>Someone who takes initiative and can work in an independent environment.</li> <li>Excellent troubleshooting skills-- hardware/software/printers.</li> <li>O365 experience.</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li>Some Apple IPAD exposure and experience (IPAD support).</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to follow published detailed instructions.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Basic Active Directory experience, resetting passwords.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Basic imaging experience.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Good communication skill/customer service.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Someone who is trainable and wants to learn.</li> </ul>
