Overview: The purpose of the "Warranty Claim Administrator" is to order and track all parts for the Technicians from the manufacturers. This would include both warranty and non-warranty items to be used to repair/complete customer returns. Also, to ensure that defective parts get returned to the proper manufacturers for credit.
Responsibilities: <p>This position is also responsible for keeping track of warranty claims records and spares parts on hand. Moreover, this position is responsible for managing inventory that is sent out for repair to ensure its return back to the warehouse. This position also keys credit memos for warranty claims that are successfully closed and accordingly follow-up with Finance.</p> <p>This position will work afternoon shift hours from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm Monday - Friday.&nbsp;</p> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -11px; top: 26.6px;">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Possess excellent organizational and time management skills; be detail-oriented, and flexible.</li> <li>Have solid experience with company policies and procedures and related Customer Service Experience is a plus.</li> <li>Have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.</li> <li>Have strong organization skills.</li> <li>Able to track and maintain a working inventory.</li> <li>Have some working knowledge of computer operation and repair.</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to bench height on a regular basis</li> </ul>
