Overview: The Director of Microsoft Customer Success (MCS) is responsible for delivering profitable Microsoft business results across Connection divisions. The MCS Director aligns tactical plans to support performance benchmarks established by Connection leadership and Microsoft. The MCS Director drives success with Microsoft Customer Success Managers (CSMs) who lead teams of Microsoft Solution Specialists and Concierges to produce outcomes that increase Microsoft 365 adoption and usage and drives consumption of Microsoft cloud. This role is intrinsically partnered with Sales, TSG, PM, Microsoft, and other CoE Leadership to achieve the required results.&nbsp;

Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum of 15 years experience in a leadership role</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience</li> <li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Teams</li> <li>Ability to learn relevant business system tools (JDE, PSN, Business Objects, etc.)</li> <li>Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft solutions, and how applying these solutions can help customers achieve greater business outcomes.</li> <li>Attention to detail in composing, keying, and proofing professional business materials</li> <li>Strong understanding of and working knowledge of the value-added technology industry</li> <li>Leadership skills with ability to manage and develop a team</li> <li>Demonstrable product and marketing expertise</li> <li>Exceptional negotiating, selling, communications and organizational skills</li> <li>Adaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities.</li> <li>Excellent written communication skills with ability to compose professional business communications via email, letter, and proposals.</li> <li>Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to present professional demonstrations.</li> <li>Intuitive with ability to perceive others' feelings and motives quickly from subtle signals.</li> </ul>
