Overview: The Marketing Programs Manager supports the Sales organization to grow revenue and gross profit for the assigned partner programs for net new business. Works closely with Sales, Product Management and segment marketing to build a net new business segment specific campaign plan that optimizes program alignment with company objectives and the funding provided by our vendor partners. Manages expense and influence revenue to deliver planned program profitability.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Creates and manages campaign programs for new businesses.</li> <li>Collaborates with Product Managers to present marketing programs to vendor partners as needed, detailing participation opportunities, and secure cooperative funding.</li> <li>Coordinates deliverables to schedule and implement each program's elements.</li> <li>Schedules and implements call campaigns that align with sales and marketing objectives, customer focus targets, and vendor initiatives.</li> <li>Facilitates the creation, update, and distribution of campaign collateral for net new business.</li> <li>Manages acquisition program elements.</li> <li>Manages Sales and Product Management communication efforts around marketing programs.</li> <li>Monitors program components and measures performance against objectives.</li> <li>Works with the segment marketing team to drive effective programs that align with segment priorities and utilizes market segment data and customer metrics to enhance these campaigns.</li> <li>Understands market segment, customer metrics, and market data to enhance program effectiveness.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>A minimum of 7 years of working in the marketing field</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Busienss preferred</li> <li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include creating presentations, creating documents in Word to included advanced formatting, creating spreadsheets to include the use of macros.</li> <li>Understanding inside sales strategies and upselling for upgrades and other add on products</li> <li>Working knowledge of general ledger accounting with ability to prepare journal entries.</li> <li>Select built in competency from drop down list or create new</li> <li>Strong communication skills (both verbal & writing) and attention to detail are a must</li> <li>Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment</li> <li> Able work well independently and in a team environment</li> <li>Adaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities</li> <li>Analytical with ability to draw conclusions from data, systematic and rational</li> <li>Interpersonal skills with ability to work well with all levels of the organization</li> <li>Conceptual with ability to conceive mentally, formulate ideas, use imagination to achieve results</li> <li>Detail oriented with item by item focus, meticulous attention to detail with ability to proofread for accuracy</li> <li>Judgment with ability to formulate opinions, compare and decide with good sense</li> <li>Organized state of mind with ability to document activities, anticipate problems, plan schedules and monitor performance according to priorities and deadlines</li> </ul>
