Overview: Assisting Executive, Senior Executive, and Presidential Account Managers in the day to day fulfillment of orders and resolving customer service issues on assigned accounts.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the Sales Support Representative are including, but not limited to:<br /> <ul> <li>Providing support resources for the day to day transactions to allow the Account Manager time and opportunity to network through their existing accounts to expand the business.</li> <li>Minimizing problem order situations by proactively following up on order processing and customer service issues for resolution.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p>Candidates must have the following:</p> <ul> <li>Fluency in Word and Excel. Knowledge of JD Edwards preferred.</li> <li>Ability to be flexible, multi-task and be able to remain 'in control' during stressful situations.</li> <li>Ability to make decisions in the absence of the Account Manager and assess priorities on an ongoing basis.</li> <li>Ability to respond effectively to incoming calls.</li> <li>Strong telephone skills.</li> <li>Self motivated and strong desire to succeed.</li> <li>Positive attitude, high energy and ability to multi-task.</li> </ul>
