Overview: <p>Working under minimal supervision of the Supervisor Process Control, referring only to exceptional problems and issues for management review or approval, the Process Control Analyst will properly account for, and be responsible for, unusual, and infrequent customer transactions. The Analyst will oversee all Emergency Drop Shipments (EDS), Electronic Data Interface (EDI) orders, the billing of virtual shipments such as software licensing and warranty service packs. They will retrieve proper documentation on shipments for GovC Purchases and PC Connection Services.</p>
Responsibilities: The Process Control Analyst will follow up on invoices received in Account Payables when no receipt of the product has been recorded in JDE. Responsible for contacting Sales regarding duplicate shipments and work with the vendors on issues that may arise due to system errors.<br /><br />Process Control is responsible for keying and follow-up on all orders and/or questions placed by More Direct (a subsidiary of PCC).<br /><br />The analyst will also be researching billing errors, wrong item shipments, short shipments, credits, and rekeys that occur. They will key monthly scheduled billings, reconcile accounts, and process audit reports.<br /><br />The Process Control Analyst assures departmental processes are performed in compliance with applicable Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
