Responsibilities: <p>If you are an experienced, creative, and dynamic Recruiter then we are looking for you! As our Contract Recruiter, you will help us reach our goal of recruiting and hiring a variety of roles including sales, IT, and others. You will enthusiastically promote Connection's mission while you actively seek qualified candidates through a variety of recruitment methods and build a pipeline of qualified talent. This is a great opportunity to use your creative recruitment strategies and be an integral part of Connection's growth! Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Source and recruit for qualified talent using a variety of recruitment methods to include all web-based tools and methods, networking referrals, cold calling/direct sourcing of passive candidates, job fairs, and driving of the employee referral program.</li> <li>Establish and grow relationships with professional networks, the community, and college contacts and promote&nbsp;Connection's mission.</li> <li>Build and maintain effective relationships with the management team to ensure understanding of our goals and hire talent that will find success for themselves and Connection.</li> <li>Work with the management team to brainstorm and deploy recruitment strategies and participate in all recruitment activities.</li> <li>Facilitate the hiring process to include phone screens, coordinating all pre-hire assessments, interviews, offers, and orientation&nbsp;while documenting all candidate activity in our applicant tracking system while ensuring compliance with all laws regarding employment.</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -64px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider relevant work experience.</li> <li>3-5 years recruiting experience to include outbound call center and/or sales recruitment as well a variety of other roles including IT</li> <li>Solid track record of setting high standards of performance; assuming responsibility and accountability for success.</li> <li>Experience utilizing all current recruitment practices to include social media and deep web sourcing.</li> <li>Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.</li> <li>Ability to budget time efficiently.</li> <li>Superior customer service skills.</li> <li>Proven ability to utilize appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships with all candidates and colleagues.</li> </ul>
