Overview: Revere Copper Products is an employee-owned company, competing in the architectural, electrical, telecommunications, air conditioning, industrial machinery, equipment, antimicrobial, and other emerging markets for copper products.&nbsp;With a focus on the various aspects of continuous improvement and preventive tasks, you will provide leadership to the&nbsp;engineers responsible for electrical engineering and electrical maintenance, reliability and maintenance engineers, plant facilities engineering and maintenance shops.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <p>Guide and direct, mentor, prioritize, evaluate and monitor projects progress, and report results. You will work to strategically manage risk to operations by determining capital project priorities while assessing plant and production department needs, project evaluation, prioritizing, budgeting, development and oversight of project management.</p>
Requirements: Candidates will bring 8+ years in a manufacturing leadership role, with preference for a background in heavy manufacturing.&nbsp; Strong leadership &amp; coaching skills a Bachelor's degree and the ability to lead a team to delivering metric-driven results will round out the key aspects of this role.&nbsp; Very competitive compensation supported by a comprehensive benefits package, including relocation.
