Responsibilities: <p>With and through leadership of your team, this role will:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and post journal entries, including reconciliation of various accounts, ensuring updated reports are maintained and distributed</li> <li>Support and participate in the month-end closing process, preparing, creating, editing and delivering appropriate spreadsheets</li> <li>Process accounts payable transactions, conduct bank and benefits audits and coordinate with the auditing group</li> <li>Reporting weekly and monthly reporting of key financial measures including payroll, non-payroll and other cost center reporting</li> <li>Financial analysis to include business operations, areas of opportunities and overall financial performance of the organization</li> </ul>
Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in accounting/finance along with financial experience in manufacturing, distribution or similar, including an inventory/cost accounting environment.&nbsp; &nbsp;
