Manager

Overview: <p>The manager acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates learning initiatives across the organization.This role will be responsible to assist the Director of Learning and Development with employee engagement and company culture initiatives.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: This will include analyzing the business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources, including the design and implementation of a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance and will design, develop, and facilitate HR training programs for management and employees.
Requirements: <p>We would like to speak with those who bring a Bachelor's degree or higher in training and development, organizational psychology, organizational development, or business administration along with 3-5 years of training development and facilitation experience, and at least one year of management experience. Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs independently and within a team setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the ability to learn to utilize training platforms.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
