Overview: <p>Strong electrical maintenance and improvement background within a larger industrial or manufacturing environment, including those environments which have large electrical consumption demands.&nbsp;Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure to enhance machine reliability along with driving improvements to all electrical processes, including impact on safety. As the Lead Electrical Engineer, you'll be leading a Team of Electrical Engineers to ensure engineering oversight of plant infrastructure repairs along with new installation project management</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: This is a significant professional and personal opportunity to take the next step in your career with a financially stable, successful and growth-oriented company.&nbsp; Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Lead Electrical Engineer will collaborate with operations to develop projects and solve machine, equipment and safety issues, implement operating procedures, and provide technical information and leadership. As a key member of the Plant Team, you'll have direct impact on overall results.
Requirements: <p>We are interested in speaking with candidates who bring 5+ years' in industrial experience/heavy manufacturing, which will include experience with high voltage distribution, AC and DC applications (including motors and drives). &nbsp;A Bachelor's Degree along with strong leadership experience, which includes a collaborative, coaching and participative style, will also include some PLC Programming and experience with electrical control systems installation and integration.&nbsp;</p>
