Responsibilities: What You Get To Do:<br /><br /> <ul> <li>Change the lives of those in your care!</li> <li>The Manager, Quality Assurance researches, drafts, writes, and implements policies, procedures, facility memorandum, and memorandum related to the operation and maintenance of the facility in accordance with established standards and contractual obligations to the contracting agency.</li> <li>Work closely with administration, department managers and corporate personnel to formulate policies and procedures that are in compliance with established standards.</li> <li>Conduct audits and formulate recommendations for improvements affecting the economy, efficiency and quality of facility organization, operations, services and programs.</li> <li>Compile, prepare and accurately maintain on a current basis a variety of standard operating records and reports, as requested by management or required by policies, procedures, regulations, laws, standards and/or contract; review reports and records produced by staff; properly process all reports and documents in a timely manner.</li> <li>Assist in the effective management of facility/department resources.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, corrections, social or behavioral science, quality assurance, business administration or a related field is required.</li><li>Two years of experience in corrections, quality assurance, accreditation, or a related field is required.</li><li>Additional experience in corrections, quality assurance, accreditation, or a related field may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis. </li><li>Excellent written communication skills and analytical ability required. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications or other similar software applications is required.</li><li>A valid driver's license is required. </li><li>Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 20 years of age. </li></ul>
