Overview: A la Carte Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our member and guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. A la Carte Servicer will follow through with the proper and timely set-up and execution of daily a la carte dining. Maintain a high degree of professionalism. Maintain all equipment and facilities in an organized, clean, safe environment.
Responsibilities: <p>Review dining schematic section each night to prepare your work space for the evening.</p> <p>Be in communication with the Dining Room Manager regarding any special needs.</p> <p>Make adjustments as needed and relay that information to the appropriate personnel.</p> <p>Ensure there is proper back up in the event that something is dropped or extra items are needed.</p> <p>Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the Club.</p> <p>Communicate any areas of need, problems, and concerns from guest to the Dining Room Manager.</p> <p>During downtime, please have rooms in a readiness position for any possible site inspections.</p> <p>Ensure that dining rooms are re-set for next service.</p> <p>Properly and efficiently take table orders and enter them properly into CCD POS System</p> <p>Provide all members and guests with a lasting experience of the Club with intent for return business</p> <p>Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.</p> <p>Delivering Alcoholic and Non alcoholic drinks for service to your member or guest table.</p> <p>Properly open and pour wine tableside.</p> <p>Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.</p> <p>Greet all members and guests warmly with an appropriate greeting.</p>
