Overview: <p>This person will be responsible for sales, account management, and prospecting new accounts within assigned territory.&nbsp; They will establish relationships through excellent customer service and account follow up and use available resources and industry knowledge to initiate new contacts.&nbsp; The Inside Sales Account Manager is expected to &ldquo;own&rdquo; the territory and work closely with the National Sales Manager to grow the division organically.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Service existing clients and develop relationships within the Manufacturing Division of the company.</li> <li>Communicate with customers regarding new products, price quotes, sales contracts, and all other aspects of sales.</li> <li>Perform outbound calls to active/inactive accounts and new prospects to develop new business and maintain existing business.</li> <li>Communicate future needs both with customers and management to assist with inventory control.</li> <li>Work with sales team and sales coordinator to schedule orders for packing and processing.</li> <li>Respond to customer complaints to assure complete customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Participate in industry trade shows including set up, tear down, display, and sales.</li> <li>Provide feedback to management that will assist in product development, industry trends, and future inventory needs.</li> <li>Work on various projects as needed. Projects may include marketing needs, trade show development, lead generation, or any other area deemed necessary by management.</li> <li>Complete all sales contracts with approval by National Sales Manager.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be able to multitask and manage multiple accounts and projects at once.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Proven experience with cold calls.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>EOE</p>
