Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package

Overview: <p>The Creative Director leads all client creative for all of our automotive accounts. This position works with top level executives across a variety of automotive brands. Must have at least 10 years experience in a Creative Director position; must be willing to travel.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage staff of 15 designers, artists and copywriters.</li> <li>Develops and oversees creative direction on all accounts.</li> <li>Develops production schedules and ensures all deliverables are on time and accurate. Coordinates scheduling with staff and production department.</li> <li>Main point of contact for all client accounts. Ensures client communication is ongoing and effective throughout campaign and design process. Keeps clients informed by compiling, analyzing, and reporting marketing results; forwarding plan projections and updates.</li> <li>Manages all budgets and expenses for client advertising spend and budget. Makes recommendations for increase or decrease in ad spend.</li> <li>Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; recommending changes to art, copy writing, and production departments.</li> <li>Develops marketing strategies by examining client objectives; planning, scheduling, and completing design and production requirements for direct marketing, telemarketing, and advertising.</li> </ul>
