Overview: Strategic sales leadership, development, and activation of brand in the US IBD Market. Leads, motivates and develops the sales team to meet and exceed their revenue and profit targets. Identifies opportunities for sales growth, new distribution, and new sales channels. Responsible for sales revenue and profitability, assisting in collection and inventory maintenance of accounts, while working closely with CSG credit team. Responsible for adherence to expense policies and guidelines.
Responsibilities: Responsible for US sales and sales team management of Cannondale, GT and Fabric<br />-Accountable for overall sales and profit goals -Create and develop go to market strategy and plans -Annual ARP planning, development and recommendation of sales programs, guidelines, KPI&rsquo;s, etc. -Collaboration on annual marketing plan; collateral, go to market strategies, advertising -Dealer visits, trade or event attendance, regional shows -Participate in all demand forecasting, S&amp;OP, inventory meetings providing market feedback, guidance, and recommendations -Develop large/national accounts for custom business <ul>Manage the sales team:</ul> -Responsible for the sales team -Annual, Quarterly, Monthly management of sales goals and projections -Monitor and measure daily performance with active resolution to goal achievement -Establishes and measures short term and long-term sales tactics and protocols -Develops best practices for sales, service to customer, while embracing technology -Coaching and career development the team -Annual reviews -Daily coachin -Development Planning <ul>Serve as advisory to product teams</ul> -Provide feedback and market intel to assist in product development, sales trends, and Taichung review. <ul>Contribute to the success of the company by leading and assisting in other projects and tasks assigned. Requirements: <ul>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with a minimum of 5 years overall sales management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant experience in telemarketing, Independent bike dealer network, sporting goods industry. Strong product knowledge of bicycle, AHA, and the US market Excellent verbal and written skills. Must possess good interpersonal/relationship skills &ndash; must cooperate and communicate effectively with co-workers, employees, managers and external parties. Knowledge of computers required including knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook &amp; Power Point. Ability to work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints. Must be able to effectively work with a diversity of cultures. Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.</ul> Beneficial Qualifications: <ul>Prior industry or independent bike dealer experience SAP knowledge CRM Experience and knowledge Graduate degree in a Business or Marketing discipline.</ul> Physical Demands: <ul>Must be able to move bicycles, displays and demonstrate product use.
