Overview: <p>Responsible for developing and maintaining customer base in Ontario through effective outside sales &amp; service.</p> <p><strong>Financial Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Responsible for collections and daily inventory maintenance of all outside accounts while working closely with CSG credit team.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Sell all CSG product categories to a select territory of dealers in Ontario.</li> <li>Strengthen relationships with existing customers through effective customer service.</li> <li>Service accounts while visiting on a regular basis.</li> <li>Identify new business opportunities and contact prospective new customers.</li> <li>Develop annual marketing and sales plans.</li> <li>Act as consultant to dealers with the goal of improving the health of their businesses.</li> <li>Communicate competitive information to the company.</li> <li>Train sales staff and technicians on product knowledge and sales techniques.</li> <li>Work with Customer Service and Technical Service representatives to resolve dealer issues.</li> <li>Identify trends affecting the region and rectify under performance according to forecast.</li> <li>Follow internal controls and policies as set by the company.</li> <li>Contribute by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.</li> <li>Develop marketing &amp; demo asset requirements for ON</li> <li>Promote cycling and a healthy lifestyle.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Essential Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li> <li>Experience in the bicycle/sporting goods industry.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of bicycle parts and assembly is required.</li> <li>Superior customer service and sales skills required.</li> <li>Must be a team player and willing to assist in other functional areas.</li> <li>Must be able to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook.</li> <li>Must be willing to travel daily.</li> <li>Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.</li> <li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required with Operable and Reliable personal vehicle required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Beneficial Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior experience selling to IBD&rsquo;s beneficial.</li> <li>SAP knowledge beneficial.</li> <li>Successful cold calling experience.</li> <li>Bilingual (French).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to move bicycles around store displays, must be able to demonstrate bicycle use.</li> <li>Must be able to travel via automobile to visit customers. Travel required.</li> </ul>
