Full-Time

Overview: Responsible for package design, sustainability, validation and implementation at suppliers to make sure products are well protected during transportation. (Package artwork still belongs to C&amp;G designer.)
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work with vendors on sourcing packaging materials in consideration of eco-friendly and cost effectiveness.</li> <li>Work with global team to ensure optimal sustainability and achieve 100% sustainable packaging across full supply chain</li> <li>Create, develop and implement packaging ideas to improve product protection and easy to pack/unpack for users.</li> <li>Optimize container loading capacity.</li> <li>Coordinate with PE and complete bike QE during development phase to create packaging design for each model with size specifically.</li> <li>Review and improve supplier packaging into CSG assembly factories</li> <li>Initial test protocol based on sales channel (direct to consumer or ship to dealer) to ensure product package is tested properly.</li> <li>Adapt packaging design based on percentage of bike assembly.</li> <li>Follow up with vendor on package sample schedule and make sure the testing can be completed/passed before production.</li> <li>Contribute to assembly specification for vendor to follow on product package relatives. (carton size, material, strength and specs for all packaging materials)</li> <li>Monitor package test (drop/vibration/bursting test&hellip;etc.) at vendor factory.</li> <li>Package BOM creation</li> <li>Package improvement based on field claims.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Essential Qualifications</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Engineering or industrial design degree</li> <li>Must be able to read and understand engineering drawing.</li> <li>Available on the Excel, Word, One-note, Outlook and Power-point.</li> <li>Must be able to communicate in English.</li> <li>Strong logic on the issue judgment and analysis.</li> <li>Excellent communication skill, positive, patient and optimism</li> <li>Good organization &amp; planning skill</li> <li>Love riding a bike</li> </ul> <p><strong>Beneficial Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in working at international company will be a plus</li> <li>Familiar with packaging material will be plus.</li> </ul>
