Overview: <p>The HR Coordinator will function as support to the Senior HR Coordinator, being the point of contact for our employees and managers, providing qualitative and efficient support on personnel matters, such as company policies and procedures (including the annual HR cycle), employee benefits, payroll, performance, case management (illness/grievance/disciplinary), engagement, as well as the associated administration (incl. payroll) in compliance with the local legislation. Promotes corporate values and enable business success through Human resources management.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Oversees and executes, together with the HR assistant, the international payroll, including the administration of all employee-related insurances, pension, and savings plans.</li> <li>Responsible for maintaining all relevant personnel data.</li> <li>Onboarding new hires, prepare contracts, documents, etc., ensuring legal contracts are compliant.</li> <li>Monitor the administrative HR processes to be executed in an efficient way, so that information is accurate and secure, all in line with local legislation and compliance.</li> <li>Maintaining and implementing of (new) HR policies and prepares updates of labor contracts in compliance with local legislation.</li> <li>Advise and support managers regarding internal benefit packages, policies, and other employee matters/cases (e.g. discipline, long-term sickness).</li> <li>Support managers with performance improvement plans and on how to deal with team member issues.</li> <li>Deliver overall support to the Senior HR Coordinator and participates in HR related projects as a project member to support the delivery of the project milestones and deliverables.</li> <li>Function as a confidant for team members.</li> <li>Develop and maintain personnel procedures, policies, and contract agreements.</li> <li>Monitor and support the HR Cycle: performance review processes, target setting, and the yearly salary increase.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Education in HR at least at HBO level.</li> <li>A few years of professional HR working experience in a similar kind of position in an international business environment.</li> <li>Must be fluent in Dutch and English in word and writing.</li> <li>Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws in the Netherlands, and experience with managing and executing (international) payrolling.</li> <li>Methodical and well-organized approach to work, ability to prioritize, work accurately, a keen eye for details.</li> <li>Integrity and honesty are core values.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, communications, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Able to stay cool under pressure.</li> <li>Self-starter, service-minded attitude, business partner approach.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Excellent MS office skills.</li> <li>Passion for cycling/outdoor sports.</li> </ul> Beneficial Qualifications: <ul> <li>Prior experience working for a global brand and multi-national business.</li> <li>A passion for mountain and road bikes, actions sports, and/or outdoor lifestyle.</li> </ul> Physical Demands: <ul> <li>Working conditions are normal for an office environment.</li> <li>Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.</li> <li>Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.</li> </ul>
