Overview: Manage all digital tools in region&rsquo;s portfolio to further drive brand awareness, conversion, revenue, and foot traffic into local retailers.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead digital strategy for North America</li> <li>Manage team of direct reports; experience managing teams is necessary</li> <li>Manage 3rd party digital agency and campaign budgets</li> <li>Responsible for management of all advertising campaigns; responsible for meeting &amp; exceeding online sales goals</li> <li>Highly proficient in Facebook &amp; Google management tools; must have experience creating campaigns</li> <li>Lead acquisition and customer retention strategy</li> <li>In conjunction with brand and digital teams, manage digital tools (email, CRM, SEO optimization, net promoter score)</li> <li>Manage digital vendors &amp; partners</li> <li>Must be up to date on digital advertising trends</li> <li>Provides general assistance to Marketing Director and NA Marketing Team as required</li> <li>Cross-functional position that requires collaboration with various teams. Must work well in team setting</li> <li>Follows internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function</li> <li>Contributes to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Metrics:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Meet annual website traffic &amp; acquisition growth goals</li> <li>Meet &amp;/or exceed campaign metrics per campaign&nbsp;</li> <li>Successfully manage digital agency staying at / under budget</li> </ul>
