Overview: <p>The Manager, Venue Sales Reporting &amp; Analytics, is responsible for developing strategies for data analysis and providing actionable insights to support the Venue business decision-making. &nbsp;This role involves managing data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy. &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Reporting directly to the Sr Director, Reporting &amp; Analytics, with a dotted line to the SVP Venue Sales, the Manager, Venue Reporting &amp; Analytics will work directly with Venue leadership to lead efforts to develop and streamline global processes and reporting for the preparation of analysis, reports, achievement, KPIs, and presentations.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, interpret, and analyze complex data sets related to the Venue business’ operations</li> <li>Develop Analytics Strategies: Create and implement effective strategies for data analysis and interpretation by attending Venue Sales leadership meetings</li> <li>Reporting: Develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, and reports</li> <li>Predictive Modeling: Utilize predictive modeling and statistical analysis to provide actionable insights</li> <li>Data Visualization: Communicate data findings to stakeholders using visualization tools</li> <li>Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of data-driven strategies and make necessary adjustments</li> <li>Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements through detailed data analysis</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Expert in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce Development &amp; working with large complex data sets</li> <li>Disciplined with effective execution &ndash; Demonstrate a rigorous analytic approach; deployment, and follow-through to ensure achievement of results</li> <li>Experience working directly with all levels within a sales organization</li> <li>Style that fosters teamwork &ndash; Working collaboratively with others across various business units to achieve common goals and positive results</li> <li>Degree: BA or BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field preferred</li> <li>5+ years&rsquo; experience in a reporting, analytical and/or data role using Salesforce</li> </ul>
