Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and grow our high-performing SaaS sales team and Global Capital Markets (GCM) business. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for coaching, data-driven decision-making, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Team Leadership &amp; Development: Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop top-tier sales talent. Foster a high-performance culture through regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and team training sessions.</li> <li>Sales Strategy &amp; Execution: Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and penetrate new and existing verticals including law firms, private equity, venture capital, and accounting firms.</li> <li>Performance Management: Utilize data-driven metrics to monitor team performance, forecast sales, and ensure quota attainment.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.</li> <li>Client Engagement: Support sales reps in client meetings to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.</li> <li>Sales Enablement: Deliver ongoing training in solution selling, value-based selling, and competitive positioning. Promote continuous learning of DFIN&rsquo;s products, services, and partnerships.</li> <li>Process Optimization: Ensure adoption of CRM tools and social selling practices. Requirements: <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or financial services sales, with a focus on enterprise-level accounts.</li> <li>Proven success in SaaS sales leadership and team management.</li> <li>Familiarity with Force Management and/or MEDDPICC selling methodologies.</li> <li>Strong strategic planning and execution skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>High emotional intelligence and ability to lead diverse teams.</li> <li>Adaptable, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.</li> <li>Ability to travel as needed, up to 25%.</li> </ul> <br /><br /><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br /><br /> <ul> <li>Experience selling into legal, financial, or professional services sectors.</li> <li>Track record of scaling sales teams and entering new markets.</li> <li>Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.</li> </ul> <br />
