Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you will focus on:</strong></p> <ul> <li><em>Integrated marketing campaigns.</em>&nbsp;You will assist in campaign plan development and own the tactical design and execution of demand-generation initiatives leveraging existing or newly developed content. You will liaise with the sales team on campaign details, follow-up and outcomes, including financial impact.&nbsp;</li> <li><em>Manage marketing data and segmentation.</em>&nbsp;You will identify target markets, research business intelligence, and build contact lists. You will analyze key campaign metrics to gauge success and define best practices.</li> <li><em>Drive lead generation.&nbsp;</em>You will create and manage end-to-end demand generation, drip and nurture campaigns to improve market visibility. You will assist with the development of marketing assets to support overall marketing operations, including collateral, blog posts, webinars, and events.</li> <li><em>Leverage technology and analytics.&nbsp;</em>You will set, measure, meet, and adjust KPIs based on campaign performance to ensure lead generation, conversion, attraction, and engagement. You will track analytics, including click-rate, open-rate, cost-per-lead, determining the cost-effectiveness and ROI of a campaign, and reporting up to leadership. You will work closely with Sales, Industry Strategy and Customer&nbsp; Success to establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity converts new clients and continually refine our process to convert leads.</li> <li><em>Build relationships.</em>&nbsp;You will work closely with solution area stakeholders on campaign details, plan tactics,&nbsp; implementation status, and performance results.</li> <li><em>Analyze performance.</em>&nbsp;You will evaluate and report on campaign performance to assess effectiveness, revise or adapt as needed, measure success, and define go-forward best practices.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>What you bring:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li><em>The education and hands-on experience.</em>&nbsp;You have a diploma or degree in a related field and 2-4 years of experience in marketing. Ideally, you have exposure to supply chain management, logistics operations, or technology.&nbsp;</li> <li><em>The analytical mindset and the creative spirit.</em>&nbsp;You can set and measure KPIs, derive insights and plan future actions based on the data. You have ideas, and you know how to bring them to life in a measurable, impactful way.</li> <li><em>The technical toolbox.&nbsp;</em>You have exposure to marketing automation tools and a CRM system. You are tech-savvy and can get up to speed on the systems we use, the products we build, and the business problems they solve, diving in deep to truly understand how to engage prospects and existing clients.&nbsp;</li> <li><em>The drive</em>. You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, no matter how big or small. You can build collaborative relationships to partner on initiatives or work independently; either way, you are deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
