Overview: As a&nbsp;Front Desk Agent, you are responsible for providing a warm welcome and fond farewell to each guest, creating magic moments throughout the guest&rsquo;s stay, creating memorable first impressions, providing information about the resort and local area, and offer a full range of hotel amenities and services to our guests. You are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests in accordance with our service values.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Checking in guests quickly, accurately and effectively with the highest level of guest service</li> <li>Suggesting activities for guests so they can make the most of their stay</li> <li>Being compassionate toward&nbsp;guest concerns and working with other departments to correct issues that arise</li> <li>Allowing your fun-loving personality to assist the guests</li> <li>Exceeding guests needs and expectations</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>You like providing outstanding customer/guest service, meeting new people, as well as reconnecting with familiar guests who return year after year. You get a kick out of exceeding a person&rsquo;s expectations. If you have previous experience providing excellent customer service, that&rsquo;s even better!</li> <li>You enjoy the details. You take pride in the accuracy and quality of your work. You stay focused and let nothing slip through the cracks.</li> <li>You are approachable and hospitable. You communicate in a clear and friendly manner. You always remain calm even in difficult or frantic situations.</li> <li>You want to be part of a close-knit team.
