Our Company is looking for long-term employees that we can invest in and grow with as we pursue our mission of being the premier commercial truck dealer group.</p> <p><strong>I.</strong>&nbsp;<strong>General Job Description</strong></p> <p>This position will be responsible for parts shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, and maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions.</p> <p>The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Receive parts into DSI business system and warehouse parts to the assigned bin and rack locations.</li> <li>Operate pallet and lift equipment.</li> <li>Adhere to inventory control procedures and conduct cycle counts daily and weekly.</li> <li>Control inbound and outbound freight billing.</li> <li>Secure warehouse from unauthorized personnel.</li> <li>Process core and return parts to help ensure full credit and recovery.</li> <li>Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained in safe operating condition.</li> <li>Monitor environmental compliance (MSDS) and advise Parts Manager of potential storage risks.</li> <li>May occasionally deliver or pick-up parts off-site using a company vehicle.</li> <li>Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.</li> </ul>

Employee is required to drive a motor vehicle for extended periods of time and travel frequently from the office to customer sites.</p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, high and precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions.
